Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with inventory control purchasing and cost management
- Financial accountability and budgeting experience
- Ability to analyze data and make independent decisions
- Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire train and develop food and beverage team members in the premium club
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Schedule coordinate and supervise club food and beverage operations on event days
- Collaborate with front and back-of-house management to ensure smooth and successful event execution
- Manage guest relations and uphold quality assurance standards
- Ensure compliance with federal state local and company regulations including alcohol service OSHA payroll and employment laws
- Prepare monthly projections and maintain effective systems for cash handling inventory and payroll
