Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with inventory control purchasing and cost management
  • Financial accountability and budgeting experience
  • Ability to analyze data and make independent decisions
  • Must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • No degree required

  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and deliver high customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Hire train and develop food and beverage team members in the premium club
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
  • Schedule coordinate and supervise club food and beverage operations on event days
  • Collaborate with front and back-of-house management to ensure smooth and successful event execution
  • Manage guest relations and uphold quality assurance standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal state local and company regulations including alcohol service OSHA payroll and employment laws
  • Prepare monthly projections and maintain effective systems for cash handling inventory and payroll
