The role of the Food and Beverage/Culinary Supervisor within The Autograph Collection is vital to maintaining the high standards and exceptional guest experiences that define the brand. This position involves assisting in supervising daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The supervisor plays a key role in managing staffing levels, adhering to brand-specific service culture, and supporting a monthly self-inspection program to uphold quality and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing ordering of supplies, coordinating cleaning programs, and ensuring all department equipment is functioning properly. The supervisor fosters a positive and cooperative team environment, encourages mutual respect among associates, and communicates effectively to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

A strong focus of this role is on delivering outstanding customer service that not only meets but exceeds guest expectations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • or 2 year degree from accredited university in related major
  • minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • ability to operate department equipment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to supervise staff
  • knowledge of food and beverage policies and standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area
  • or 2 year degree from accredited university in food service management hotel and restaurant management hospitality business administration or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area

Job Duties
