Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage daily banquet operations ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient service
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain excellence in both banquets and restaurant operations
  • Provide leadership training scheduling and performance management for restaurant and banquet staff
  • Actively participate in the Hotel MOD program addressing guest needs and ensuring smooth hotel-wide operations
  • Maintain high standards of service quality cleanliness and safety in all food and beverage areas
  • Assist with planning and executing banquets weddings conferences and other special events as needed
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to support restaurant and banquet operations
  • Address guest inquiries feedback and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager
