  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of culinary leadership or banquet kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet and event menus
  • Support culinary operations for weddings, tournaments, member events, holiday buffets, and club functions
  • Ensure quality, consistency, presentation, and proper timing of all banquet food production
  • Supervise and assist banquet culinary staff during prep and service
  • Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout banquet kitchen operations
