This particular position reports to the Production Supervisor and plays a vital role in supporting the manufacturing unit to meet production targets by adhering strictly to established systems and processes. The role is predominantly onsite, requiring physical presence to utilize machinery and equipment directly on the shop floor. Individuals in this position will demonstrate expertise in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and instructions essential for the assembly of complex products, systems, and panels. The work environment demands precision, coordination, and a hands-on approach, as you will be responsible for assembling products according to engineering specifications and work instructions with high attention to detail.

Daily responsibilities involve various technical tasks such as cutting, stripping, labeling, crimping, and terminating wires, as well as selecting and mounting hardware components on panels and cabinets using tools like drills, taps, and punches. Moreover, the role includes the operation of computers for schedule checks and updating manufacturing job statuses, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the production process. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related manufacturing or shop floor assembly experience. Candidates must have the ability to read and understand assembly instructions, drawings, and manuals in English, and safely operate a variety of small hand and power tools, including wire strippers, crimping and soldering tools, hand taps and punches, heat guns, precision measuring devices, and computers. Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
