Job Requirements

- ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters, and price guns according to company guidelines

Job Duties
- create a welcoming environment for customers, ensure product availability and freshness, offer product samples and assist customers, fulfill customer requests and special orders, promote teamwork and communicate company information, comply with legal and company guidelines, maintain accurate inventory records, inspect product quality and freshness, prepare and package products for sale, follow food safety and temperature guidelines, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, execute product recalls promptly, report safety hazards and incidents, ensure all associates follow safety training, maintain equipment in good condition, perform other related tasks as assigned
