Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least two years experience cooking Asian dishes
- must have experience grilling, broiling and sauteing
- must be capable of working on as many as 30 orders at one time
- must be able to effectively coordinate cooking times with coworkers
- knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures
- ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
- maintain good personal health standards
- must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- must obtain a Class III B license as required by regulatory offices
- pre-employment drug testing required
Job Qualifications

- at least two years experience cooking Asian dishes
- experience in prep cooking and pantry cooking
- proficiency in grilling, broiling and sauteing
- knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures
- ability to coordinate cooking times with coworkers effectively
- efficient and organized work habits
Job Duties
- prepare fresh made-to-order Asian dishes for lunch and dinner service
- cook and prep work across saute, broiler, fry, grill, and pantry stations
- maintain speed, accuracy, and quality in cooking including handling up to 30 orders at once
- perform daily cleaning and organizing of walk-ins and storage areas
- keep work station clean, organized, and fully functional
- uphold casino's high standards for guest service and professionalism
- support positive employee relations through strong teamwork
