Job Duties

  • Prepare Chinese dishes according to recipes ensuring high quality
  • Use various cooking tools and utensils safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of cooking and food prep areas
  • Stock shelves and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service engaging with customers
  • Assist and lead team members within the Chinese food department
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure kitchen readiness
