Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Possess previous experience providing great customer service
Have a passion for cooking and following recipes
Agree that food is central in everyday life

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cooking, preferably in a Chinese food or deli setting
Strong customer service skills
Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
Leadership skills to assist and support team members
Adaptability to work in varying temperature environments such as freezer and fridge
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare Chinese dishes according to recipes ensuring high quality
Use various cooking tools and utensils safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and safety of cooking and food prep areas
Stock shelves and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Provide fast and friendly customer service engaging with customers
Assist and lead team members within the Chinese food department
Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure kitchen readiness
