You will work daily with freshly milled flour and premium ingredients, following detailed recipes while contributing ideas to improve baking processes and production efficiency. Maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation is crucial in this role. You will also ensure that the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Additional duties include assisting with inventory management, preparation, and planning daily production schedules to meet demand. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional baking experience
- Knowledge of natural fermentation and artisan bread making
- Ability to handle early morning starts
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
