The role of District Manager at AES Restaurant Group is a leadership position with responsibility for overseeing and managing daily operations across multiple restaurant locations within a designated area. This position is ideal for an individual who possesses a strong background in food service, particularly within the quick service and fast-food segments. The District Manager will serve as a key link between the management team at individual restaurants and the corporate leadership, ensuring that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

A District Manager’s responsibilities include supervising restaurant operations, approving staffing schedules, managing inventory and supply orders, and resolving escalated customer service issues. Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in food service supervisory role preferably in quick service fast food

  • Ability to manage shifts and maintain operational flow during busy periods
  • Willingness to travel to multiple restaurant locations
  • Availability to work day shifts some weekends and up to 50 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily operations across assigned locations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Train mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance
  • Implement training programs that focus on service excellence food safety and operational efficiency
  • Approve restaurant schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
  • Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
