Job Description
LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC is a visionary hospitality company redefining the guest experience through immersive, dynamic destinations that foster meaningful connections among people. Specializing in layered hospitality spaces, LEFT LANE blends award-winning hotels with future-facing social clubs, creating environments that feel deeply interconnected with their surrounding communities. With a portfolio that reflects both sophisticated design and approachable warmth, LEFT LANE embraces a philosophy where guest care mirrors the company’s genuine commitment to its employees, fostering a culture rich in warmth, curiosity, creativity, and authentic hospitality.
At the forefront of LEFT LANE’s operations is Hotel Bardo Savannah, an acclaimed flagship property that debuted in 2024 to widespread recognition. Hotel Bardo Savannah has earned prestigious awards, including being named one of the Best New Hotels in the World by Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure, alongside receiving the inaugural Michelin Key designation, marking it as a pinnacle of luxury and experience. This success positions LEFT LANE as a leader in modern hospitality, driven by innovation and a passion for setting new industry standards.
Looking toward the future, LEFT LANE is gearing up for the launch of Recess Hotel & Club in Fall 2026. Situated in Savannah’s historic Manger Building, Recess embodies a bold reimagining of lifestyle hotels and social spaces by creating a "public club"—a private clubhouse accessible to everyone. This expansive 221-room property will feature coworking spaces, a rooftop pool, a circuit-based wellness club, a French brasserie, and multifaceted social areas designed to serve locals, members, and travelers alike. Recess is crafted as a vibrant hub where one can eat, drink, work, play, and connect, reflecting LEFT LANE’s commitment to blending nostalgia with forward-thinking design.
With over $1.5 billion in projects planned across Savannah, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Providence, Phoenix, and Bozeman, LEFT LANE continues to build hospitality destinations that combine timeless appeal with modern sophistication. The company maintains a focus on team member wellbeing, offering benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, health and telehealth coverage, discounts on accommodations, dining, retail, and spa services, complimentary fitness classes, meals in the team cafeteria, and promising internal advancement opportunities.
This particular role supports both the established Hotel Bardo Savannah and the exciting upcoming Recess Hotel & Club, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to an award-winning property while shaping the future of one of Savannah’s most anticipated hospitality projects. The Area Senior Weddings & Events Executive will spearhead the wedding and social event sales strategies across both properties, working to elevate their reputation as premier event destinations in the market and drive substantial revenue growth.
In this commercial leadership position, the executive will engage in business development, client relationship cultivation, and strategic partnerships to align with LEFT LANE's brand vision and business objectives. This requires exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams, and a client-centric mindset to ensure outstanding service and operational excellence. The Area Senior Weddings & Events Executive will be the primary liaison for prospective clients, guiding them throughout the sales process and ensuring seamless coordination of event execution while upholding financial and operational discipline. This role is perfect for a proactive, relationship-driven professional passionate about luxury hospitality and dedicated to creating unforgettable event experiences.
