Job Requirements

  • Ability to work 45-55 hours per week
  • Availability for urgent situations
  • Physical stamina for prolonged sitting or standing
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Capacity for extensive driving and travel, including overnight stays
  • Ability to navigate various terrains and weather conditions
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to carry and transport materials
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and reach on grills and fryers
  • Able to set up and dismantle product displays
  • Strong physical stamina
  • Adequate vision and hearing for communication and driving
  • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to grasp and reach with hands
  • Comfortable working around heated and warm environments

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years previous restaurant experience with 3+ years in general management
  • 3+ years in multi-unit management including QSR, fast casual, or full-service
  • Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • Multi-brand management experience preferred
  • Significant experience in kitchen operations including safe food handling and workplace practices
  • Expertise in hospitality, customer service, leadership training and development
  • Proficient in administrative and back-of-house software management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong management skills for handling multiple locations and teams
  • Proven ability to analyze data and drive strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations like a pro
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team
  • Set the tone: fast, friendly, and dialed-in service
  • Own food quality, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Drive results—labor, inventory, and profitability
  • Jump in wherever needed
  • Manage high-volume shifts and participate in community events, food truck operations, and catering as needed
