Centennial Hospitality Group (CHG) is a community-focused restaurant and hospitality company based in Greeley, Colorado. Established in 2004, CHG has grown from a single establishment into a diverse portfolio of dining concepts that emphasize bold flavors, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to the local community.

The company's flagship brand, Wing Shack, began in Garden City, Colorado, offering a unique take on buffalo-style hot wings. Its popularity led to the expansion of multiple locations across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.

In 2018, CHG introduced Luna's Tacos & Tequila in downtown Greeley. This full-service restaurant features a scratch kitchen that crafts tacos with authenticity and creativity, complemented by an extensive selection of over 300 tequilas, mezcals, and other Mexican spirits.

The latest addition to CHG's portfolio is Sexy Sammies, specializing in hand-breaded chicken tenders and sandwiches. This concept aims to redefine the quick-casual dining experience by focusing on fresh, all-natural ingredients and a modern approach to fried chicken.

In June 2023, CHG expanded its offerings with The Centennial Public House, located at 819 9th St. in downtown Greeley. This establishment provides an elevated pub experience, featuring a scratch kitchen led by Chef Chris Wornowitz, offering comfort pub classics and shareable plates inspired by traditional and contemporary flavors.

The beverage program includes handcrafted cocktails, local brews, and a thoughtfully curated wine list.
