This role within Molton Brown offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader to significantly impact the company’s growth trajectory in the North America - Western Region. Reporting directly to the Hotel Sales Senior Manager, the successful candidate will lead initiatives to drive revenue growth and amplify Molton Brown's market penetration in this vital geographical market. The position involves leveraging high-level relationships with existing hotel partners as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities to consistently meet and surpass sales and margin objectives.
The role's responsibilities include fostering exceptional customer relationships to ensure high partner retention and acting as a prestigious brand ambassador representing Molton Brown at the highest levels to key industry decision-makers. Job Requirements

- 5 years of sales and business development experience
- 3 years in hospitality or luxury beauty industry
- Experience with North America - Western Region market
