The Services Division at MCCS manages the Cabins & Cottages located on Onslow Beach, a picturesque area offering robust recreational programming alongside numerous lodging options such as cabins, cottages, RV parks, and campgrounds. The Division also oversees beachfront operations including open water activities, equipment rentals, public pavilions, and conference facilities. This critical role requires a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and manage the financial operating budget and daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness across the Onslow Beach area. The position includes supervising key staff members such as the Assistant General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor while being the secondary supervisor for their teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in resort or hotel management with proven leadership skills and the ability to enhance guest services, increase occupancy rates, and maintain profitability through innovative policies and promotions. The role demands a hands-on approach with physical requirements including the ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 pounds independently. As a mission-essential position, the incumbent must be prepared to respond to emergencies and severe weather conditions as needed to support continuous mission-critical operations.
