These hotels are designed to meet diverse traveler needs, offering select-service and extended-stay accommodations that cater to both short-term guests and longer-stay visitors. Together, they create a dynamic hospitality environment that blends comfort, convenience, and excellent service standards. The property serves a wide array of clientele, including business travelers, vacationers, and families, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences through well-trained staff and thoughtfully maintained facilities. The Hampton Inn & Suites focuses on select-service hospitality with an emphasis on efficiency and guest comfort, while the Homewood Suites extends that experience into longer stays with suite-style accommodations and extra amenities for convenience and homeliness.
This role invites a seasoned hospitality professional to step into a campus leadership position overseeing operations for both brands simultaneously. Your primary mission as a campus hotel leader is to inspire and manage multi-faceted teams across both the Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites. You will lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational departments to maximize profitability and uphold the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This position is integral to shaping the culture of the workforce through mentorship and by fostering an environment committed to innovation, collaboration, and accountability. From setting clear performance standards to personally engaging in problem-solving and operational oversight, you'll drive continuous improvement at every level of the hotel’s operation.
As the campus leader, you hold responsibility for strategic revenue growth, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to meet and exceed financial goals. You will also champion guest experience initiatives, ensuring personalized service delivery and maintaining rapid resolution of guest issues. Maintaining operational excellence through quality control and compliance with safety standards is a vital part of your duties. Your commitment to employee development will empower team members through professional training and growth opportunities, reinforcing a culture where people feel valued and inspired to succeed.
The compensation for this role ranges between $135,000 and $145,000 per year, reflecting the seniority of responsibilities and the impact upon the property’s success. This position offers a clear career growth path, leading upward to Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations, perfect for candidates eager to advance in hospitality leadership. The role also involves occasional travel and physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending during daily operations.
Embracing the company values of "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It," this role is ideal for an accomplished hospitality leader committed to excellence, adaptability, and servant leadership. Join this dual-branded campus hotel team and make a meaningful impact on guest satisfaction and operational success like never before.
