Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience in culinary operations
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume food production
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Experience with food inventory and production systems
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary

  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume food production

  • Ensure Sodexo's culinary standards, recipe compliance, and quality expectations are met
  • Utilize food management systems for ordering, inventory, production, and operational oversight
  • Collaborate with unit leaders to drive excellence and support financial performance
