The company operates numerous hotels across various brands, offering unparalleled opportunities for career growth and professional development within the hospitality industry. Hyatt prides itself on creating an environment where colleagues can thrive through continuous learning, purpose-driven work, and meaningful connections with guests, colleagues, and the communities it serves.
The Central Revenue Manager role at Hyatt Hotels Corporation represents an exciting opportunity within the Central Hotel Services Revenue team. This position is essential in driving Hyatt's revenue growth by maximizing revenue opportunities across a portfolio of hotels primarily in the Americas and LATAM regions. The Central Revenue Manager collaborates closely with hotel property teams to manage daily revenue strategies that enhance profitability and optimize room and group travel revenues. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities to assess transient and group travel data, understand market trends, and formulate actionable revenue plans. It involves overseeing the Revenue Management System (RMS) recommendations, managing group inventory, and implementing distribution strategies across third-party channels, all aimed at ensuring revenue parity and enhancing overall hotel performance.
The role is dynamic and involves preparing detailed weekly and monthly strategy reports that guide hotel teams in making informed decisions regarding room rates and booking strategies within a 12-month booking window. As a Central Revenue Manager, you will conduct group evaluations and displacement analyses as requested, contributing to data-driven decisions that support the hotel's revenue and sales objectives. Hyatt fosters a culture of care, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, and this role embodies those values by supporting revenue goals while nurturing professional and personal growth. The position is full-time, based in Chicago, IL, and offers a competitive salary range from $98,600 to $110,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus depending on experience and qualifications. Hyatt also provides extensive benefits including paid time off, health coverage, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Joining Hyatt means becoming part of a resilient and forward-thinking company where your contributions directly impact the guest experience and the company’s success. The Central Revenue Manager role suits individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to leverage their financial acumen and market knowledge to generate significant revenue outcomes. The position welcomes professionals who value collaboration, innovation, and are committed to the core Hyatt values: Empathy, Inclusion, Integrity, Experimentation, Respect, and Wellbeing. This is your chance to take your career to new heights with a respected industry leader dedicated to nurturing talent and encouraging career growth in a supportive and vibrant work environment.
