Job Duties
- Drive financial success by meeting and exceeding budget and financial projections
- Recruit and retain high-quality management talent
- Implement and monitor business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with Wingstop standards
- Lead training programs to improve staff performance and build a winning culture
- Collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and promotions
- Develop strategies to achieve optimal staffing levels and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols
- Oversee audits related to labor, safety, cash control, and operational regulations
- Complete all required reports and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
