Job Requirements

2 plus years of multi-unit management experience ideally with a national chain restaurant
ability to analyze and drive business results at an organizational level
exceptional written verbal and presentation skills
proven leadership ability to motivate and build teams
strong self-management and organizational skills
flexibility to work variable schedule including weekends holidays and evenings
valid driver's license and auto insurance

Job Duties

Own P&L accountability monitoring performance forecasting expenses and controlling costs
coach unit managers to identify variances and develop corrective action plans
support financial forecasting and ensure compliance with inventory controls
authorize expenditures and analyze daily weekly and monthly reports
uphold Flynn Group's high standards for quality service cleanliness and safety
ensure consistent execution of company systems procedures and product quality
oversee scheduling staffing and operational projects to address deficiencies and boost performance
drive exceptional customer experiences through new product rollouts and operational initiatives
execute marketing and sales promotions preparing teams for success
collaborate with the marketing team to seize local store marketing opportunities
build community connections through unit-level programs and customer engagement initiatives
maintain Best on Block restaurant standards through proactive facility management
oversee safety and security protocols preventive maintenance and cost-effective repairs
partner with management teams and vendors to ensure top-tier facility conditions
inspire and develop high-performing teams through coaching training and performance evaluations
foster a culture of growth providing feedback and preparing managers for promotion
lead recruitment efforts to build strong diverse teams
ensure compliance with all employment regulations while nurturing a positive inclusive environment
ensure adherence to federal state and local regulations across all operations
act as a liaison between restaurants and support teams embodying Flynn Group's values and professional image
