The role offered at The Bradley is for a Morning Line Cook, a vital position within the Culinary team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the culinary arts, eager to grow their skills, and willing to work weekends. As a Morning Line Cook, you will play an active role in food preparation, production, and fabrication, assisting the Chef and collaborating with the culinary leadership team to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and the concept of the restaurant. This position requires prior kitchen experience and a strong desire to learn and innovate in a professional environment.
In this role, you will gain exposure to various cooking methods including grilling, sautéing, and frying, and will have the chance to handle kitchen equipment and knives safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat, maintaining sanitary and orderly kitchen conditions, and ensuring the quality and proper storage of all food items. Working closely with a world-class culinary team, you will help minimize food waste through cross-utilization and maintain a consistent standard in food preparation.
This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the capability to be physically active for extended periods, including lifting heavy ingredients and equipment. It is also essential to be at least 21 years old and hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s certification. The successful candidate will demonstrate an energetic personality, a commitment to exceeding expectations, and a passion for culinary arts.

Job Duties
- assist the chef in production and fabrication of food products
- maintain passive leadership role in maintaining adequate production level from kitchen staff

- keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- ensure all food and other items are stored properly
