The position available is for a Lead Java Developer to support the Regulatory Reporting Hub, a crucial application ensuring the organization complies with global regulatory requirements across its financial activities. This role involves developing and enhancing Risk and Finance dashboards that provide analytical insights to senior management and support vital business workflows. The ideal candidate will have between 6 and 10 years of experience in enterprise-level Java development, along with strong technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across business and technology teams.

The Lead Java Developer will play a significant role in shaping architectural decisions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the reliability and quality of systems critical to Citibank's regulatory compliance.
