The Flynn Group operates over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states, establishing a strong and widespread presence in the casual dining sector.

Flynn Group is a diversified restaurant operator managing seven premier brands including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. As the largest franchise operator globally, Flynn Group prides itself on being a leader in the food and fitness service industries. The company’s mission is centered on becoming the premier operator within each of these respected brands by upholding core values such as Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as One. These values emphasize team unity, passion for the guest experience, and commitment to excellence.

The role of Assistant Manager at Flynn Applebee’s is a critical part of maintaining the company’s high standards for guest satisfaction and operational success. With a strong focus on delivering an excellent dining experience, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work culture that enables both employees and guests to enjoy their time at Applebee’s.

This full-time position offers projected total compensation ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually. It is an opportunity for individuals eager to work hard while having a rewarding and enjoyable experience in a dynamic restaurant environment. As part of the role, the Assistant Manager will also participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs designed to enhance management skills and professional growth.
