The Property Manager role is vital for ensuring the operational, financial, and physical success of the residential community. This position involves overseeing all facets of property management, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and compliance with legal requirements such as Fair Housing laws. The Property Manager leads a team of onsite professionals, collaborating closely with the Regional Manager to align property goals with broader company objectives. Responsibilities include driving occupancy and revenue growth, managing budgets and financial reporting, maintaining property conditions, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations while shaping a positive community culture and consistently meeting ownership expectations.

This is a full-time, in-person position with office hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between $75,000 and $85,000 annually. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management compliance
  • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and rent collections
  • Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, or similar)
  • Office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Saturday 10am to 4pm

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily property operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and compliance with company policies
  • Provide leadership and direction to leasing, maintenance, and administrative team members
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all resident and prospect interactions
  • Maintain strong communication with the Regional Manager regarding property performance and operational needs
  • Manage the property budget, including monitoring revenue, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Analyze occupancy trends, leasing performance, and market conditions to support revenue growth
  • Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and payment plan coordination
