Job Duties
- Walk the grounds and common areas daily removing litter and debris from lawns planting beds parking areas sidewalks ramps and indoor spaces
- Empty trash receptacles as needed
- Clean hallways lobbies stairwells elevator cars and other common areas by vacuuming dusting buffing and washing
- Use a power washer as needed
- Clean or vacuum pools
- Assist the maintenance team with basic repairs and service
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance issues
