Job Duties

  • Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces
  • empty trash receptacles as needed
  • clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
  • use power washer to clean designated areas
  • clean or vacuum pool areas
  • assist maintenance team with general repair and upkeep tasks
  • work weekends as required
