The Maintenance Technician position at Windsor Station Apartments in Dallas, Texas, is a full-time role essential to maintaining the quality and safety of the community. The technician's responsibilities range from performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to addressing repair requests related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and landscaping. Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of facility or property maintenance experience
- EPA certification
- experience maintaining heat pumps
- current driver’s license
- familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- passing score on the Maxus maintenance exam

Job Duties
- Track and complete service requests on occupied and vacant apartments, office/clubhouse, and amenities
- perform timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting
- prepare apartments for tours/following residents move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, and scheduling vendors where necessary
- assist with semi-annual property inspections, fire safety, pest control
- assist with controlling and reporting stock and inventory
- safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment
- complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor
