The role of Leasing Consultant at AMLI Redmond Way is a unique opportunity for property management professionals who want to elevate their careers by joining a dynamic and energetic team responsible for launching a new community. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of AMLI Redmond Way, actively engaging with potential residents, guiding them through their apartment search, and helping them find homes that fit their needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting tours to showcase AMLI’s beautiful living spaces and amenities, driving occupancy goals through a mix of phone, internet, and social media outreach, and fostering a sense of community through resident events and personalized service.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless leasing experience by managing applications, preparing lease documents, and addressing every detail with professionalism and care. In addition, this role requires building strong local connections by networking with apartment locators and community businesses to maintain high visibility for AMLI Redmond Way.
This position is full-time and offers an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $22.50 with the potential to earn an additional 35% to 40% on average through leasing bonuses and incentives.
