Job Requirements

  • Must have a flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
  • Two years of leadership experience in fine dining restaurants
  • Proven track record managing free-standing restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of proven fine dining leadership experience in a free-standing restaurant concept
  • Strong focus on service training, coaching, and elevating overall dining experience
  • Experience developing revenue-generating promotions and activations
  • Ability to build community presence and increase restaurant visibility through social media and local engagement
  • Strong understanding of guest engagement, repeat business, and relationship-building
  • Operationally strong with labor management, financial accountability, and execution
  • Ability to lead from the floor and actively coach service teams in real time
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktail, and upscale dining preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage and develop the service-driven team culture
  • Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards while maintaining Antlers Lodge’s elevated dining atmosphere
  • Lead from the floor actively coaching service teams in real time
  • Develop and execute revenue-generating promotions and activations
  • Manage labor costs, financial accountability, and operational execution
  • Build community presence and increase restaurant visibility through social media and local engagement
