Joining The Dunlin as a Server means playing a vital role in delivering extraordinary dining experiences that embody the resort’s high standards and welcoming atmosphere. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for facilitating guests’ dining journeys by taking orders accurately, anticipating their needs, and ensuring timely delivery of meals and beverages. This role calls for engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction while upholding the Auberge Resorts Collection’s overall commitment to quality and service excellence. You'll be expected to operate the POS system efficiently, manage billing processes, and keep restaurant areas clean and organized to meet stringent food safety guidelines. Servers at The Dunlin are also encouraged to utilize their knowledge of menu items and beverages to make thoughtful upselling recommendations that enhance the overall guest experience.
