The AM Kitchen Helper role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is an integral position within their food and dining services team. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to creating enjoyable dining experiences by preparing and maintaining a fresh and appealing salad bar that helps start each resident’s day on a positive and healthy note. The position also involves supporting residents in the dining room with friendly, helpful service, and ensuring cleanliness by bussing tables and maintaining hygiene standards. By carefully washing and sanitizing tableware, cookware, and kitchen equipment, the AM Kitchen Helper plays a vital role in upholding safety and sanitation, essential in a senior living environment.

No prior culinary experience is required, making it an accessible opportunity for those who want to enter the hospitality or food services fields within senior care. The employment type for this role is full-time, with a consistent work schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, offering stability and a predictable routine.

Compensation for the AM Kitchen Helper ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.
