We are currently seeking an AM Baker to join our fast-paced, fun team at South Restaurant. This role is perfect for individuals who love the smell of fresh baked goods in the morning and have a passion for pastries and creating delicious, high-quality baked products from scratch. The AM Baker will be an essential team member responsible for producing a variety of baked goods that meet the restaurant's high standards. Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
Minimum 6 months of baking experience preferred

Job Duties

Takes ownership and responsibility for all baked goods
Consistently restocks and cleans the workspace
Demonstrates safe and proper operation of knives and all kitchen equipment
Follows standardized recipes accurately and consistently
Troubleshoot any difficulties or challenges presented by current recipes
Works at a rapid and efficient pace to keep up with production needs
Maintains a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business
