Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- Must have a current Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Minimum 6 months of baking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Takes ownership and responsibility for all baked goods
- Consistently restocks and cleans the workspace
- Demonstrates safe and proper operation of knives and all kitchen equipment
- Follows standardized recipes accurately and consistently
- Troubleshoot any difficulties or challenges presented by current recipes
- Works at a rapid and efficient pace to keep up with production needs
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the business
