The role of Alliance Concierge at Bilt is a key position responsible for working closely with customers to facilitate the rollout, adoption, and training of new products. This position requires being boots-on-the-ground, acting as an extension of property management partners' teams by collaborating closely with leasing and operations staff. The Alliance Concierge helps understand product needs, manages the rollout process from contract signing to full adoption, supports change management, and bridges communication between partners and Bilt’s internal teams.
This role demands a high degree of trust and advocacy, as the Alliance Concierge must represent Bilt while authentically supporting partner teams. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate with partners’ teams, to the extent that they might be mistaken as internal employees. This opportunity is located in Boston and requires the candidate to be open to frequent regional travel to partner locations. This role offers significant ownership, the ability to influence product outcomes, and a chance to work on cutting-edge AI integrations that directly improve partner operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel regionally up to every week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with AI technologies and change management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in AI, implementation, customer success, account management, or operations
- Willingness to travel regionally, up to every week, for on-site launches and partner support
- Comfort operating as an embedded partner resource - representing another organization's day-to-day needs while staying fully aligned with your own company's mission
- Strong training and change-management skills - you can get busy leasing teams to actually adopt something new
- Excellent relationship-building instincts

Job Duties
- Act as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for partner leasing and operations teams during rollout
- Guide partners through implementation of new products, working through go-to-market plan, goals, and timeline
- Support clients through change management, helping teams embrace AI and integrate it into core processes
- Take ownership over strategic accounts, translating partner product needs, friction points, and feature requests back to Bilt's product and account management teams
- Troubleshoot issues in real time
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner teams - lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to KPIs and long-term objectives
- Travel within your region to be on-site with partners for launches, training, and check-ins
- Spend time with both corporate and onsite teams, with the ability to work with multiple levels of stakeholders
- Balance full loyalty to Bilt's mission and standards with genuine responsiveness to each partner's specific needs
