The role of Alliance Concierge at Bilt is a key position responsible for working closely with customers to facilitate the rollout, adoption, and training of new products. This position requires being boots-on-the-ground, acting as an extension of property management partners' teams by collaborating closely with leasing and operations staff. The Alliance Concierge helps understand product needs, manages the rollout process from contract signing to full adoption, supports change management, and bridges communication between partners and Bilt’s internal teams.

This role demands a high degree of trust and advocacy, as the Alliance Concierge must represent Bilt while authentically supporting partner teams. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate with partners’ teams, to the extent that they might be mistaken as internal employees. This opportunity is located in Boston and requires the candidate to be open to frequent regional travel to partner locations.
