WarHorse Gaming is a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc. that focuses on gaming and entertainment, operating in partnership with the Nebraska Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association (HBPA). This division manages some of Nebraska's most historic horse racing venues located in Lincoln, Omaha, and South Sioux City. Ho-Chunk, Inc., through WarHorse Gaming, is now seeking to hire a dedicated full-time Busser whose primary goal is to enhance guests' dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness within dining areas. This position involves ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly and that service stations remain well stocked. The Busser works in close collaboration with servers and other restaurant staff to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest service. Working within a fast-paced hospitality environment, the Busser facilitates smooth restaurant operations by supporting front-of-house services and creating a welcoming ambiance for all guests.

The Busser position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 and includes a comprehensive benefits package encompassing federal employees medical coverage, full insurance plans, 401K with day one vesting and company match, quarterly incentive programs, paid vacation, holiday and sick days, as well as a discounted meal program. The work schedule is full-time, with varying shifts that require flexibility to meet business demands including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.
