Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Successful completion of federal background checks and eligibility screenings
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
- Current and valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred
- Aviation experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with check-in
- Verify identification and print boarding passes
- Screen luggage for hazardous materials
- Lead the boarding process and make announcements
- Operate security screening equipment
- Serve as a communication link between ground team and flight crew
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and stock
- Handle valet parking responsibilities when scheduled
