This opportunity is for a part-time Airport Service Concierge position, designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in fast-paced environments. The role offers up to 25 hours per week with no overtime, making it ideal for those seeking flexible, rewarding part-time employment. This position places you at the forefront of the customer experience at the airport, where your professionalism and personable nature will directly influence the quality of travel for every guest.

As an Airport Services Concierge, your role is multifaceted and dynamic. You'll welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude while assisting them through critical phases of their travel including check-in, security screening, and boarding. You will have the chance to rotate through various responsibilities such as serving as a Check-In Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator. These rotating responsibilities ensure that no two days are the same, keeping your work environment engaging and stimulating.

The Check-In Agent duties involve being the first point of contact for customers, assisting with check-in procedures, verifying identification, printing boarding passes, and performing luggage checks for hazardous materials. As a Boarding Agent, you'll lead the boarding process, make announcements, and communicate flight updates, ensuring a smooth and efficient passenger flow. Security Screening Support requires operating specialized equipment like the Evolv Weapons Detection System to maintain safety and security compliance.

In the Ground Security Coordinator role, you act as the liaison between ground operations and flight crew, assist with aircraft arrivals and deplaning announcements, and maintain onboard amenities. Alongside these key roles, you will also maintain a clean, welcoming lounge space and, when tasked, manage valet parking services.

This position is especially well-suited for individuals who are approachable, customer-focused, organized, and proactive, with a readiness to collaborate across teams. You must be U.S. citizen eligible to comply with federal regulations, and ready to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Successful completion of federal background checks and eligibility screenings
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
  • Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Current and valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications
