The role of Airport Operations Concierge at JSX is a dynamic, customer-facing position that requires a high degree of professionalism, operational accuracy, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Airport Operations Concierge acts as a vital link in ensuring the smooth flow of daily airport operations while maintaining a welcoming and polished atmosphere for all travelers.

As an Airport Operations Concierge, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that blend operational duties with customer service excellence. You will be welcoming and guiding customers through procedures such as check-in and boarding, ensuring that every interaction is conducted with care and professionalism. You will be actively involved in ramp operations, which include marshalling aircraft safely, assisting with arrivals and departures, loading and unloading baggage and amenities, and maintaining the cleanliness and restocking of the airline lounge and aircraft. As a diligent operator, you will monitor and enforce compliance with all security, Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and internal company regulations, even assuming the role of Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) when required to enhance operational security.
