Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 2-3 years minimum experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a recognized hospitality concept
  • minimum 1 year of management experience
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain highest culinary standards
  • strong coaching and employee development skills
  • passion for food and culinary innovation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year management experience
  • 2-3 years minimum experience at the KM/Sous chef level in a recognized concept or hospitality location
  • strong culinary background with demonstrated ability to stay current with culinary trends
  • excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards
  • strong coaching and employee development skills
  • passion for food and innovation

Job Duties

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • drive safety, sanitation, and HAACP
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
