Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is a premier entertainment destination located in the heart of the Spokane Tribe's ancestral lands. Known for its exceptional gaming experience, top-tier lodging, dining, and entertainment offerings, the resort and casino strive to provide guests with an unmatched level of service and excitement. Emphasizing community engagement and cultural pride, Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino has built a reputation for excellence in hospitality and entertainment, attracting visitors from across the region and beyond. The resort operates under strict adherence to gaming regulations and promotes a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike. As a vibrant hub offering a diverse array of amenities, including luxurious accommodations, fine dining, gaming, and events, the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is dedicated to delivering memorable experiences that celebrate the heritage and values of the Spokane Tribe.
The role of Advertising Coordinator at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is instrumental in supporting the marketing department's efforts to enhance the resort's brand presence and drive promotional campaigns. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Advertising Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the coordination, trafficking, and execution of advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives. This position involves meticulous organization of advertising schedules, campaign assets, vendor communications, production timelines, and collateral distribution. The coordinator ensures that all projects are delivered accurately, on time, and consistent with the brand standards established by the resort. In addition to working closely with various internal departments and external vendors, this role supports marketing execution across multiple platforms and promotional initiatives that help drive guest engagement and brand loyalty.
The Advertising Coordinator must demonstrate exceptional guest service skills and uphold the Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino's values of professionalism, ethics, and excellence. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable gaming regulations and internal controls, as stipulated by regulatory bodies including the Gaming Commission and other federal and state authorities. The role also requires a keen eye for detail to review and maintain the accuracy of marketing materials, including online content and billboard productions. Coordination with vendors and the creative team is essential to maintain quality, manage revisions, and ensure campaigns meet their objectives efficiently.
Furthermore, this position supports promotional campaigns, player development activities, and Sun Club initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating distributions, and offering event assistance when required. A crucial component of the role is budget tracking and reporting campaign effectiveness, which aids the marketing department in achieving its goals. The Advertising Coordinator also provides administrative support to the Marketing Manager and contributes to a positive and safe working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to responsibilities are key attributes for success in this dynamic, fast-paced role within a 24/7 operational setting. This position is ideal for candidates with a marketing background and experience in casino environments who are eager to contribute to a thriving, culturally rich entertainment venue.
