Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of receptionist or front office experience
  • experience handling confidential information with professionalism
  • strong administrative and organizational skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office word, excel, outlook, powerpoint
  • ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
  • experience with office systems, phones, and clerical processes
  • able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • availability for occasional travel less than 5 percent

Job Qualifications

  • experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred
  • experience with visitor management systems preferred

Job Duties

  • greet visitors manage check-in processes and notify internal staff
  • answer and route incoming calls while maintaining confidentiality
  • maintain visitor logs badges and compliance with visitor management procedures
  • coordinate meetings classes and company events
  • arrange travel and lodging as needed
  • order and manage office and facility supplies
  • issue PPE to visitors touring the facility
  • coordinate with vendors for office services and maintenance
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
