Job Requirements
- 2-5+ years in office support hospitality workplace services or a related field
- ability to pass a detailed background check
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- dependable and self-directed

- experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Welcome and escort guests to meeting spaces ensuring a seamless and professional arrival experience
- serve as the primary point of contact for visitors throughout their time in the office
- manage meeting room flow including reset clean and restock spaces between meetings
- support meeting logistics including light setup and cleanup for gatherings of all sizes
- keep all kitchens across office spaces fully stocked clean and organized daily
- maintain storage areas and stockrooms in an orderly and accessible state
- manage all mail and packages including labeling and courier coordination
