This role encompasses a variety of general clerical duties in accordance with the facility's office procedures, including answering and transferring phone calls, handling facility inquiries, managing mail distribution, maintaining office inventory, and providing general information. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer applications
  • Ability to follow office procedures and maintain security protocols

Job Duties

  • Handle front office reception and general administrative duties
  • Serve visitors, vendors, and guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Notify facility personnel of visitor arrivals
  • Maintain security by monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Keep track of inventory and coordinate with supply vendors
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
  • Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
