Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer applications
  • Ability to follow office procedures and maintain security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in general clerical duties
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking and mail handling

Job Duties

  • Handle front office reception and general administrative duties
  • Serve visitors, vendors, and guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Notify facility personnel of visitor arrivals
  • Maintain security by monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges
  • Keep track of inventory and coordinate with supply vendors
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
  • Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
  • Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
