Job Requirements

- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer applications
- Ability to follow office procedures and maintain security protocols

Job Duties
- Handle front office reception and general administrative duties
- Serve visitors, vendors, and guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Notify facility personnel of visitor arrivals
- Maintain security by monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Keep track of inventory and coordinate with supply vendors
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Copy, file, and update paper and electronic documents
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
