Job Requirements
- at least one to three years of relevant experience in corporate administrative support including events management catering or hospitality
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service
- willingness to take on tasks of varying scope
- excellent organizational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to execute tasks efficiently and reliably
- ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information with care

Job Duties
- support the planning and execution of onsite and occasional offsite events including assembling and distributing event-related materials
- prepare menus for approval
- place and track catering orders and coordinate with vendors
- set up and break down conference rooms for events
- communicate with staff about food service and ensure spaces are ready for meetings
- provide backup coverage at reception
- assist with ad-hoc facilities tasks
- maintain accurate records of orders and receipts
- collaborate with the events manager
- occasionally travel offsite for events or venue visits
- provide occasional support for events outside standard hours and travel to nearby firm offices or venues
