Job Duties
- provides administrative support for daily operations and leadership projects
- coordinates calendars and assists with preparation for meetings and trainings
- assists with front desk coverage, mail processing, phone coverage
- support accounts payable with filing, documentation organization, and data entry into the ap system
- maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- assist with onboarding, recruiting coordination, and hr data entry
- support benefits documentation and tracking including pto, fmla, and 401(k)
- respond to general employee and applicant inquiries
- assist with reports, audits, and tracking requirements
- support hr events such as benefit enrollment and meetings
- ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
