Job Duties

  • provides administrative support for daily operations and leadership projects
  • coordinates calendars and assists with preparation for meetings and trainings
  • assists with front desk coverage, mail processing, phone coverage
  • support accounts payable with filing, documentation organization, and data entry into the ap system
  • maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • assist with onboarding, recruiting coordination, and hr data entry
  • support benefits documentation and tracking including pto, fmla, and 401(k)
  • respond to general employee and applicant inquiries
  • assist with reports, audits, and tracking requirements
  • support hr events such as benefit enrollment and meetings
  • ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
