The position involves managing classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence, maintaining document accountability databases, and processing classified materials with strict adherence to security protocols. Responsibilities extend to handling electronic data transfers to internal customers, managing visitor access through detailed logging and escorting, and assisting in the preparation and maintenance of facility access control badges and entry systems. This role also supports security awareness and education initiatives to ensure continuous compliance and enhance overall security posture.
Individuals suited for this role will possess a background or experience related to SCI programs and SAP personnel security functions, including familiarity with relevant databases such as SIMS, JPAS/DISS, and Joint Access Database Environment (JADE). Successful candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, security-focused environment. MANTECH values professionals who are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of collaborating with diverse teams, including Department of Defense personnel, military, and industry partners. This role requires a candidate with a current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information, underscoring the sensitivity and critical nature of the responsibilities involved.
Overall, the ASR position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-stakes security operations in a reputable organization dedicated to advancing national security interests.
