Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, healthcare, or client-services environment
  • Experience working in clinic or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and integrity
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with seniors and diverse populations
  • Knowledge of healthcare functions and quality improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to design and lead hands-on activities
  • Passion for providing high-quality member experiences

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown
  • Ensure member activities comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and accessible activity environment
  • Support building and strengthening relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Coordinate effective communication between center staff and members regarding programming
  • Track and report on member engagement, participation trends, and activity outcomes
  • Share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
