Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, healthcare, or client-services environment
- Experience working in clinic or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- High degree of emotional intelligence and integrity
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with seniors and diverse populations
- Knowledge of healthcare functions and quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to design and lead hands-on activities
- Passion for providing high-quality member experiences
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown
- Ensure member activities comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and accessible activity environment
- Support building and strengthening relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Coordinate effective communication between center staff and members regarding programming
- Track and report on member engagement, participation trends, and activity outcomes
- Share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
