Candidates for this role should have between three to five years of experience in recreation and activity planning, specifically with older adults, with a preference for those who have worked in senior living environments. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role demands physical activity such as frequent walking within the community, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving furniture when needed.
