The position of Activities Assistant, also known as Life Enrichment Partner, plays a vital role within Pegasus Senior Living by directly impacting the quality of life for senior residents. This full-time role involves organizing and facilitating daily activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among residents. These engaging programs are created to foster community, build friendships, and inspire purpose and joy. The Activities Assistant works closely with residents to understand their interests and abilities and collaborates with the wellness team to implement a calendar of diverse activities ranging from arts and crafts to physical exercise, social events, and educational workshops.

This position requires a compassionate individual with a passion for helping seniors live fulfilling lives, as well as experience in event planning or recreational services preferred. The salary range for this role is between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour, dependent on education, experience, and certifications. Job Requirements
