Job Description
Brookdale is a leading provider of senior living solutions, recognized for its commitment to offering gracious hospitality and neighborliness to residents and their families. With a reputation as an industry leader in clinical care, Brookdale aims to create a home-like atmosphere where comfort and connection are prioritized. Boasting over 675 communities nationwide, Brookdale offers extensive opportunities for growth and professional development, supported by a robust corporate training program. The organization is dedicated to fostering an environment where residents can thrive through entertaining events and meaningful social interactions, both in group settings and one-on-one engagements.
As a Resident Engagement Manager at Brookdale, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing the Engagement 3.0 philosophy, which emphasizes "Friendships First, Programs Second" and the idea of "Purpose Partners". This role is essential in creating a vibrant culture of engagement within the community, working closely with sales partners and prospects to enhance overall resident satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of life for residents by collaborating with various service lines including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. The position offers opportunities for career advancement, with paths leading to roles such as Clare Bridge Program Manager or Resident Engagement Director.
In addition to a fulfilling career, Brookdale provides a comprehensive benefits package tailored to both part-time and full-time employees. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, employee assistance programs, and various voluntary benefits like pet insurance and ID theft protection. Full-time employees also receive paid time off, company-provided life insurance, adoption benefits, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, and more. Brookdale values diversity and inclusion, recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, and is committed to supporting veterans, military personnel, and their families. With competitive base pay determined by skills and experience, along with team-based bonus opportunities, this role promises more than just a paycheck—it offers a chance to grow professionally while making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.
