Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience in a hotel environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and hotel property management systems
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or related field
- Or a 4-year college degree with Accounting or Finance concentration and minimum 2 years of related experience
- Or a 2-year college degree and minimum 4 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, word processing, and hotel-specific systems such as Opera, Birchstreet, Oracle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental duties
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills
- High standards of personal appearance and grooming
Job Duties
