This Accounting Manager position reports directly to the Controller and offers significant exposure to a broad range of financial activities including accounting operations, financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic due diligence initiatives. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ability to mentor and manage junior staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CPA certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Professional services, consulting, communications, lobbying, or similar industry experience preferred
- Strong experience with general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end close
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Previous mentoring, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus
